A group, a certainty.
In 2016 he assumed the office of the International Institute of Heliculture, which he reorganized by structuring the technical assistance part in order to make it more efficient in the service to the snail breeders.
In this new position, he built a partnership with the University Of Gastronomic Science Of Pollenzo (CN) and developed the Cherasco Method Snail Disciplinary, a resource for gastronomic excellence and defence of quality.
In the same year he was elected Chairman of the National Association of Snail Breeders (Ane) and, in this role, he relaunched the sector through the improvement of techniques and management of vegetation, a communication based on all channels, with particular attention to social platforms.
He intensifies the informative days to spread the concepts of change and, finally yet importantly, he realizes the great project of the Accademia Chiocciola Metodo Cherasco, the new area where all aspects of Heliciculture 2.0 are studied in depth.
Theorizer of the business perspective of heliciculture, he reaches the heights of success through the highly appreciated MullerOne machine for the cruelty-free extraction of the purest snail slime that, with great satisfaction, gives him the international fame thanks to the interest of the most important world publishers such as BBC, CNN, and Telegraph.
In 2017, he wrote the new handbook on heliciculture “Heliciculture 2.0” presenting a completely fresh perspective and version of this sector: a dynamic and proactive heliciculture, ready to embrace solid projects.
He is speaker of more than 300 Informative Days on Heliciculture 2.0 on national and international scale, with over 25,000 participants.
